Master Roll Precision Slitting Services
Vallen offer all types of precision slitting services for your adhesive tapes. Master rolls are often supplied in large width and lengths are difficult to move, handle, and store.
Our Slitting division converts these large rolls into
custom width and length of smaller sizes.
Our custom cutting technology has the capability of reducing a larger master roll to 17mm (0.125”) depending on the type of material.

Slitting & Rewinding Services

Our slitting solution offers precision slit width as narrow as 50mm, with material thickness from 0.5 mils onwards.

Vallen is also an authorize distributor of 3M tapes and preferred converter. We offer wholesale and supply a variety of 3M quality tapes suitable for all business and industrial needs.
As a 3M Master Converter, Vallen is selected based on the following
criteria and more:
- Singapore manufacturing facility with climate-controlled storage for all inventory requirements
- Technical capability and equipment to slit or log cut factory sourced rolls
- Next day delivery fulfillment for urgent orders placed before 3pm
